Terms of Service

1. Architectural Consultation & Estimates

All preliminary consultations and site visits provide estimate BOQs based on available site measurements. Final contract pricing is governed by the executed service agreement and detailed architectural drawing sign-offs.

2. Payment Milestones

Turnkey execution is structured across defined milestone payments (Advance, 3D Approval, Woodwork Factory Progress, Site Fit-Out, Final Handover). Work proceeds strictly upon milestone settlements.

3. Warranty & Defect Liability

Intro Space guarantees structural carpentry against termite infestation and warping for 5 years for seasoned Chittagong teak joinery. European hardware components carry original manufacturer warranties.

4. Client Modifications

Any scope changes or material alterations requested after contract execution will be submitted via written Variation Orders detailing time and cost adjustments.
